Doug Lillard, Chairman of CCECF, resides east of Gainesville and is a retired professor from North Central Texas College where he taught Computer Science for 18 years.  Prior to his teaching career he served as Associate Director of the Computing Center at the University of North Texas.  His professional career includes the development of computer software for the Oil and Gas industry in both the accounting and exploration areas.  He has served as chair of the Cooke County Appraisal Review Board.  Doug has earned degrees from both Texas Tech University and Southern Methodist University but considers himself a Red Raider.

Nancie Lippe, a life- long resident of Muenster, Texas is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic church.  Nancie went to work for her Grandpa, John Fisher, at Fischer’s Meat Market when she was twelve years old.  She also worked in banking for over fifteen years.  Nancie is currently employed by Fisher59, a beer distributing business established by her father in 1959.  She enjoys volunteering for Sacred Heart Catholic Church Outreach, providing food & service to people in need throughout the community.  Nancie and her husband Mark are the parents of three daughters and they also have three grandchildren.

Mary Ann Foster, Secretary-Treasury, is a recently retired itinerant teacher of children with visual impairments. Mary Ann has a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, has worked in Cooke, Denton and Grayson counties and is currently the children’s Minister at Vilott Baptist Church.  She has resided in the community of Woodbine with her husband Jim for the past 30 years.

Clint Brown is a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration, is a retired FBI agent with 30 years of service to the Federal Bureau of Investigations.  He currently ranches in Montague County and is the Chairman of the Montague County Child Welfare Board and President of Nocona Nights, a Chamber Dinner/Concert Series.  He has delivered Meals on Wheels in Fort Worth for 17 years and is a pilot for Angel Flight.  He and his wife De have two daughters and three grandsons.

Ken Cash, Vice Chairman of CCECF, was born and raised in the Starkey Community and is a graduate of Nocona High School. He served in Vietnam while in the United Sates Army and was employed for 40 years by the USDA Natural Resource Conservations Service working in various counties in Texas. Mr. Cash now serves as an Elder with the Nocona Church of Christ, serves on the Montague County Disaster Board and the Starkey Cemetery Board. He and his wife Danna live on the old home place in Starkey Community between Nocona and Saint Jo, Texas.  Together, they have been involved in foster care for 35 years and have cared for nearly 80 infants prior to adoption.
